About the Journal

Adom Social Science and Humanities Journal (ASSHJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal that publishes original and impactful theoretical, empirical and practice-led studies in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences. Each submission must make a novel contribution to the diverse areas of the Humanities and Social Sciences fields such as Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Culture, History, Literature, Religion and Art Studies. We prioritize studies that show the nexus between the disciplines and impacts on other fields because ASSHJ believes that solving societal problems should not happen just within the silos of disciplines but rather in an inter, intra and multi disciplinary trajectories.

All submissions to ASSHJ are subjected to a double blind peer review process conducted by seasoned referees in the respective areas of the two fields. Only unpublished original articles that have not been submitted for consideration or reviewed by any other journal are accepted and published in ASSHJ.

ASSHJ publishes an open-access article under Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) (readers are allowed to search, read, download, save, copy, and share). Every manuscript published on ASSHJ is open-access because we believe academic knowledge should be freely accessible and available to the public in building universal knowledge exchange
